How We Started
I purchased my first vacation home in Fredericksburg, TX in 2019. It was a 100 year old Farmhouse that needed a ton of work. With the help of some local contractors we took it down to the studs and began transforming the property into the Modern Farmhouse it is today. Initially, my hope was to be able to cover the mortgage every month and maybe make a few dollars here and there to pay ourselves back for the money we had invested into the remodel. Before we knew it we were booked for months in advance and generating 5 figure revenues every month.
Rather than turning our listing over to property management companies with limited bandwidth, inadequate customer service, and costly management fees, we decided to invest in technology and processes that would make our listing as automated as possible — without sacrificing the hospitality our guests have come to expect. As our own portfolio has grown so have our investments and the team behind them.
